Played with him a couple of times when i was still with Delsin and their agency, strictly laptop. And soup kitchen, right? Had a great time that weekend, great venue and crew!

He creates his distorted hats using feedback chains into a compressor but never said more than that. What are you meaning with this?

What are you meaning with this?

He feeds the same sound back on itself through an external (im assuming) compressor. Like sending into a compressor from an aux back into a track/channel (parallel) and creating a loop by the sending that through the same aux (into the compressor) and at some point catching the audio.... That's how I perceived it.... We where discussing his older gear though which is much harder than now.
